Ingredients

Pork 2 KG

Cooking method

  • A very simple but delicious way to make boiled pork.
  • If we take 1 kg of pork, then we marinate it for a day and bake it for 1 hour
  • If we take 2 kg of pork, then we marinate for 2 days and bake for two hours
  • If we take 3 kg of pork, then we marinate for 3 days and bake for three hours, and so on ad infinitum. The bigger piece I had to bake was 5kg !!
  • The meat can be the sacrum or the neck or back. Before pickling, the piece needs to be chopped often, piercing it almost through and through. This can be done with a wood kebab skewer. Then we coat with coarse salt and put in the marinade 1 liter of water, a dessert boat of salt and 150 g of 9% vinegar. The marinade should completely cover the meat. Put in the cold. During these two days, we turn the meat in a bowl with marinade, after the marinating period has expired, we take out a piece, put it on a baking sheet and bake over full heat for 2 hours
  • We make a garlic pouring 5 cloves of garlic, grind in a blender and pour 150 grams of cold water in a glass, let it stand for an hour, two mass will become jelly-like thick, add 1 tsp salt to it and stir and ground black pepper 1. tsp. Heat the oil creamy until boiling and mix with the garlic mass, stir well. When you have taken out the finished meat, on the dish in which you will serve, pour the garlic gravy evenly on top of all the meat and let it stand for five minutes, saturated with the smell of butter and garlic. When you eat, then each piece can be dipped in gravy and believe me it will be juicy and tasty with garlic, not worse than stuffed with garlic pork
