Ingredients

Potatoes 1 kg
any minced meat (I had pork + beef + onion + salt, pepper) 0.5KG
garlic 2-4 cloves
milk 400 ml
hard grated cheese 200 g
salt, pepper, nutmeg, a little butter taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the potatoes into very thin cups, pour over the milk, salt and cook until almost cooked (it should become edible, but remain firm)
  • Spread butter on the mold and spread with chopped garlic
  • Put half the potatoes, sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese, sprinkle with spices to taste, put the minced meat, another layer of potatoes, spices
  • Pour the milk in which the potatoes were cooked, sprinkle with cheese
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees 40-45 minutes (until a distinct brown crust appears)
