garlic 1 clove
fresh dill 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I crumbled the yeast to the bottom of the bucket. flour was sifted on them (wheat and corn were mixed before sifting). Sour cream was mixed with water in a measuring glass. Cheese grated immediately into a bucket by eye. Dill and seasoning added during kneading.
  • The main baking mode is 4 hours, the size of the loaf is small, the color of the crust is dark, but 4 minutes before the end of baking, the oven turned off, because the bread was already well browned.
  • The loaf turned out to be the height of a bucket, light, evenly browned, deliciously smelling and beautiful.

The ratio of dry yeast to raw yeast is 1 to 3. Accordingly, if raw yeast is needed 11 g, then dry yeast 11/3 = ~ 3.7 g, that is, a little more than 1 tsp. from HP
