well, I think the author used a measuring mug from a bread machine ... I will go and repeat this feat, although the author was not right in posting this recipe, even if it would not be bad to indicate which mode
was it cooked ... with regular or whole grain?

??? something like that with these proportions, I didn’t work at all (((the morning was spoiled along with the products ... the bread was thrown out: (((
in principle, my fault, I have long understood that when you are preparing a new type of bread, you need to keep an eye on it ... in order to add flour or water in time ... in this situation you needed water: ((((after all, how strange it is to me it didn't seem that for 600 g of flour (1 1/2 cups of flour is 300 g ...), the recipe requires only 150 ml of water ... that's what inexperience means ... add at least 300 grams of water, I think already it would have turned out much tastier ... the crust was oak, not to chew, the crumb (where it was), in principle, of a very interesting taste ...

in general

it is a pity that there is no antirespect system ... I would stick for such a recipe ...

I made bread like this. This is the standard recipe in my HP. Difference in quantity corn flour, her need 1/2 cup, not one and a half, as here. Everything else is the same.
I didn't have cottage cheese, I replaced it with cheese. The bread has got a slight cheese flavor and small specks on the surface. Otherwise excellent, but not enough.

Mode HP BASIC... IMHO, it's worth choosing a medium size. I cooked on a large size, as indicated, it turned out to be a thick crispy crust that crumbles a lot when slicing. I also put oil on my eye. I have a habit of cutting off a piece and immediately putting it in a bucket, and put the bucket on the battery.
I think next time I try to drip Tabasco into water, for more spice.
