Ingredients

Puff pastry (yeast) ready 1 square
Boiled pork or beef 500g
Butter 50g
Egg 3 pcs
Yolk for greasing roll 1 PC
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
Parsley 5 twigs
Salt pepper taste
Vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • I bring to your attention a very simple, tasty and easy to prepare dish! Everyone will succeed!
  • Pass the boiled meat through a meat grinder. Add melted sl. butter, salt and pepper.
  • Prepare an omelet: mix eggs with mayonnaise, finely chopped parsley and pour into a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured table and lay out a layer of minced meat. Put an omelet on top, then another layer of minced meat. Roll the dough with minced meat and omelet into a roll, pinch the edges, grease with yolk and put on a baking sheet with the seam down. Put in a preheated oven to 180 gr. oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
