Ligra
Looks like the yeast was good.
Albina
The yeast is still the same. I take a pound of large vacuum packages. It's just that it’s just a day like that.
Ligra
Well, sometimes the stars do not agree so well. Albina, did you cook anything with meat? You can bake a chicken in it (here, basically, all the buns are made).
Albina
Pizza only. But the last time I tried to get it on a plate so as not to cut in it and I got the quiche. And what pizza was. But I do it from cards. mashed potatoes, sausage, cheese, etc. Not the same as sold.
I bake the chicken in the oven with turning over: the lower shades do not work. But I think that by the new year my kitchen will be ready and updated.
Ligra
I'll have to experiment myself. New kitchen is great, but sometimes you don't want to drive the oven.

Albina, and now I bake everything in Miracle in an additional form (thin-walled non-stick). The bottom is baked perfectly. And the Miracle itself does not need to be washed then, and it is very convenient to lay / take out everything.

Biryusinka, I don't like silicone molds. I have several, but have never used it.
Ligra
Albina, so it's kind of a metal non-stick time. Now in stores there are disposable aluminum forms, they can probably also be used. They are round and rectangular in different sizes.

I don't like silicone either. But I have a thin metal one with a non-stick coating, here it is right after baking (you can see that only a few crumbs are stuck)

Ligra
Biryusinka, so you can probably cook small portions. The "Miracle" itself has a large volume.

Ligra, I also cook small portions, but almost every day. We have a small family, and I hardly eat pastries.
Here's another from Miracle, Kalach with cinnamon and Sugar Pie (much distracted, and the top of the head was fried more than necessary)

It's great and some kind of curly shape, ceramics for the oven can also probably be used. Maybe besides baking, what else did you cook?

Are you talking about a roll? Baking in the same form as shown above. And it turned out to be figured because it was cut along the edges with a roller knife, and on top with scissors.

Maybe besides baking, what else did you cook?
No, just baked goods
Ligra
I didn’t realize right away that we weren’t turning it over like in a cartoon. It turned out beautifully.
Linga
Girls, and I'm in Miracle and bake and bake) Pies, pies, pizza. Fish and potatoes, meat, turkey steaks, chicken parts, even a whole chicken (the chicken spread so well, and during baking it suddenly "bulged" and burned to the lid, but it still turned out tasty). I cook almost everything on foil - I bend the sides up - the stove is almost always clean. And if I suppose that the top can rise and burn (the scientist began :-)) - I cover the saucepan with foil, as if under the lid.
In general, I am very pleased with the Miracle-stove - we are now in the process of construction-repair-moving and I do not have an oven, and indeed, a single-burner gas stove, so Miracle prepares the second dish almost every day!
Ligra
Linga, or if you cook, take a picture and write in more detail about baking meat, fish, how much time (add water or not). Have you tried to make cereals? This Miracle is truly a miracle.
Linga
Ligra, I cook cereals in a slow cooker, I have not tried it in Miracle.
And as for the cooking time - the device is not fast, the time has never been timed. I will put everything in the oven, cover it with a lid and “forget” for 40 minutes, then I look into it and, depending on the readiness of the dish, I turn it off or leave it to cook. But I rarely cook small quantities, usually I try to fill
"to the eyeballs" - why should the device be driven in vain.)
As for the photos - I don't promise, because I communicate on the forum from my phone, and for some reason he doesn't want to insert a photo (and I won't get to the normal Internet soon - I'm sitting on maternity leave, I live in the village ... As the saying goes, "we live in the forest, we pray to the wheel "))))
Linga
Ligra, I forgot to write about water - I never added it.
In general, the algorithm for cooking fish (turkey) steaks: I put foil at the bottom of the Miracle (I bend the small sides), drip a little vegetable oil, pour in a thin layer of bread crumbs, salt-spices, lay out the steaks - usually 4-5 pieces fit (you can straight from the freezer ), again salt-spices, bread crumbs, sometimes on top of each piece I add mayonnaise, I did it with and without onions (it’s delicious and so and so), I close the lid, plug it into the outlet (I rarely preheat it, mainly for baking). Well, I check the readiness after 40 minutes. It turns out not dry, but even with "sauce", but not greasy (if you do not overdo it with butter-mayonnaise). That's all!
By the same principle, I cook chicken, meat, etc. with potatoes. I baked the potatoes in large slices and flat "washers" - everything turns out to be delicious!
Albina
What's the foil for? Afraid of what will burn? I think if it burns, then most likely the top
Ligra
Linga, I also cook cereals in the cartoon, but I wonder how it will turn out there. Everything else must be tried. In the recipe from the manufacturer, when baking chicken and potatoes, water is poured, so I wonder who does how (they don't pour water in the oven).
Linga
Albina, I use the foil not because it burns, but simply (even just plain banal)))), to wash less - wipe it with a napkin and that's all - beauty! (I didn’t write about the forest for the sake of a catchphrase - we also have water from a well - a washstand and a bucket, but I don’t like to wash dishes at all - I have been waiting for a normal plumbing and dishwasher connection for several months now ;-)

Linga
Ligra, and I didn't have any recipes from the manufacturer (or maybe I just don't remember anymore))) Therefore, I always experiment and never know how long it takes to prepare a dish :-)
Ligra
Linga, yes I looked at their website, there is this chicken 45 minutes. cook on one side and on the other (turning) until cooked. Share your experiments if possible, please. In general, in Miracle even Napoleon cake they manage to cook.

Rhine bread with Riesling
I baked in the Miracle Oven for 50 minutes, but it got hot on top, 40 minutes would be enough. Airy bread, crispy crust.
Weight of bread 480 g, from the amount indicated in the recipe.

I bought it anyway !!! for a long time I was going to buy it, but I did.
I took a new one, but it was made in the old days. I hope that it will be more reliable than the current ones !!!
And I didn't get it dearly.
Let there be an assistant, one more, to the park of my kitchen appliances.

Linga! Inga! You are just great for revealing your secrets! My aunt authorized me to look for different cooking recipes in Miracle. And you have such a great and interesting experience.
Ligra, you have excellent bread! Impressive photo! : girl_claping: Thank you!

Turquoise! Wonderful kalach - handsome! How long did they bake? And the sugar cake is amazing! What do you think: maybe it should be covered with a rug or foil before baking?
Thank you all girls! It's great that I came across your topic! Now I will study your experience and pass it on to my aunt. And I will look for a Miracle at the dacha, which was taken there after the kitchen was reworked, and we will create Miracles there!

Mikhaska, I usually the first 20 min. do not open the lid, and then carefully peep at how the crust is there, and add the time - when 10 minutes, and when 20. A couple of minutes. Of course, this turns out to be "dancing with a tambourine", but in summer in the heat, when it is impossible to use the oven, this frying pan really helps out. I haven't tried the oven with foil, but the idea is interesting, you need to think about it. And the sugar pie - yes, it's a little burnt. I went into the room, got distracted and didn't hear the timer.
Mikhaska
Biryusinka, thank you dear! All the subtleties are very important to me. I log everything, because I'm seriously going to revive my Oddball after I started reading your topic! And how my aunt turned out to be right, not yielding to my persuasions to throw her out and replace the cartoon! And I am very short-sighted and only the toad did not allow me to take the pan to the trash can ...
Ligra
valushka-s, congratulations on arriving in our ranks.

Mikhaska, Thank you. At least something worthwhile from a toad. The miracle oven will last a long time, a very high-quality thing and very easy to use.

will last a long time

That is why they dragged me to the dacha - I had already set my teeth on edge, standing practically idle in the closet in the kitchen and taking up the space that I was trying to free up for new pribludy. And, it turned out that early I had written off such a marvelous thing for scrap.
Ligra
Oh, it's so convenient to cook in it when you don't want to turn on the oven (in the heat or the volume is not large) and it saves electricity, the power is not great. A miracle in one word, and you almost pushed the old woman into the scrap.
Linga
Mikhaska, yes you what, such a miracle to throw out ?! :-) I recently (relatively) bought it! I saw her in a small hardware store - I remembered how in my childhood in the Far East I baked in my mother’s Miracle Oven, and could not resist - I bought it! (all the more so in comparison with modern kitchen appliances - almost nothing)
Recently I baked bread in it, so it seemed to me that the top was already very browned, and the crust below was lightish. She pulled out the bread (as always on foil) and put it on the Miracle lid, as if on a frying pan - the crust was good!
I read somewhere that you can cook a dish inside, and on top of something else, like on an electric stove - I recently tried it. I put a saucepan - to cook the soup, so I didn't have the patience to wait for it to boil - I put it on gas) But if you heat something up, it's a nice thing! (but not on a plate, but in foil or a thin-walled scoop). Here)

Linga! Ingus! This, I understand, is an experience! Figase, what WONDERS are you making! Here, simply - Bravushki!
How great it is that I came to our Bread Maker! How interesting is it with you girls!
Ligra
Girls on top can definitely warm something up, you can brew coffee in a Turk while the coffee is brewed inside just in time for something to be prepared for coffee. And the fact that it takes a long time, so much for coffee.
auntyirisha
Girls, help with advice. I also want such a stove, in Kaliningrad I found only two: one Chelyabinsk, the other Moscow (Wonderful), they are practically twins, but remembering what Tanyulya wrote above, both are not an option. I found a new one according to the ad, also Chelyabinsk, but the lid has screws from the inside and there is a cup for a cupcake, as well as the place where the cord is inserted in the lid is long, is there a chance that it will be of better quality? Kamyshlovskaya did not find where to buy from us (
Linga
auntyirisha, I do not know that Miracle Oven about which you write (although in my distant childhood it was just with a long piece for a cord, which was parallel to the table and with a cake pan). I have Chelyabinsk (written), there is a connector in the lid and sticks out from the side-up (I wrote it!). Evidence, and even to the touch - thin and unreliable, a spiral thunders in the lid, BUT it plows faithfully almost every day. I'm not complaining yet, although I haven't worked for a year yet, let's see what happens next. But if it breaks, I'll go buy the same one)))
auntyirisha
Linga, Inga, thanks for the answer! I'll watch tomorrow, unsubscribe.Tanyulya wrote that they are already being made in China, and not in Chelyabinsk. Kamyshlovskaya seemed more reliable to me, but no
Linga
auntyirisha, maybe in China) I also read about it somewhere here, but others did not meet ... Although, looking at the electrical connector, and the plug! - you will never think that this is something "foreign")))
Ligra
auntyirisha, I know that the Chelyabinsk Miracle Oven has been working for 20 years now and everything is fine. And they are produced in two types without a cake pan and with a cake pan. You can also look at the manufacturer's website with a photo description on an Internet (search for the "Miracle" electric furnace).
auntyirisha
Girls, I was left without a stove, they said they sold yesterday (((
valushka-s
Ira, don't be discouraged! More stoves will appear!
Good luck to you!
And I bought it, I don't even know whose production it was, it is clear that in Russia, but where ?!
Issue 1991, new, nothing is written on the box, I found only in the instruction manual,
Electric furnace "Miracle" EPChZ-3.5 / 0.63
"In the absence of warranty repair companies, please contact the store at the place of purchase or at:
690001 Vladivostok, PO Box No. 034 "
What kind of enterprise did it do?
But the main thing turns on, nothing dangles in the lid. Hopefully it will work properly.
Mikhaska
valushka-sprobably the side production of the defense industry ... Usually, they, like the defense plants themselves, are designated in the world by post boxes.
auntyirisha
valushka-s, thank you) I would buy one like yours if I found it. I thought in it to make a lean cherry pie and baguettes for caviar.

... Electric furnace "Miracle" EPCHZ-3.5 / 0.63 ...
Most likely it stands for the Electric Furnace of the Chelyabinsk Plant (EPCHZ), the useful volume is 3.5 l, 0.63? I do not know.

auntyirisha surely they will still be on sale after the New Year's excitement.
Linga
Tytyairisha, do not be discouraged, you will still find your Miracle)))
Girls, today I cooked porridge in the Miracle Oven). Oddly enough - get everything!
I tell you how it was: I put a piece of frozen meat (beef) to bake, sprinkle with salt, pepper, poured lightly with sunflower oil, closed the lid, plugged it into the outlet. After 50 minutes I looked in - it seemed to be ready, the juice stood out. and I decided to try boiling rice with this meat. I poured rice right around a piece of meat, filled it with cold water - the water was higher than rice, salted it, closed the lid. After about 20 minutes I looked in - the rice was dry, but there was no more water, I added more water and left approx. 10 minutes, then unplugged, added butter on top, closed and ran away on business. An hour later, there was delicious soft meat with crumbly rice. And I was still afraid to mess with porridge in Miracle, everything turns out to be easy, simple and tasty! (but as always I experiment without proportions ...)
Ligra
Linga, so I purely theoretically and assumed that you can cook porridge in Miracle. Put in the oven to simmer, for example, millet in cast iron. Experimentally confirmed, thanks. It is a pity that there are no proportions.
Linga
Ligra, but it never occurred to me before to try to cook porridge in Miracle) But I remembered our reasoning in this topic and ... I decided)))
But I always have problems with proportions.
- I do it in the hope of a "Russian maybe"! - almost always successful.
But the main conclusion - the porridge turned out! :-)

very much before the New Year wanted. When my daughter was little, I took such a stove from a neighbor and baked a pie, I still remember my delight when I opened the lid !!! He was magnificent: airy, beautiful, and how he got up! After the oven (gas oven, where it turned out to be a pancake), I was satisfied, satisfied. Imagine, fifteen years have passed, and I remember opening the lid, and there is PIE!
auntyirisha
Happy New Year! I found a stove on a Polish website that Admin posted on 13 pages. I have no idea how to buy. But I know how much it costs: a stove with a double wire PLN 186, with one PLN 136. A zloty costs 17 rubles. Stoves are produced at an enterprise that is more than 50 years old.The most offensive thing is that "the elbow is close but you won't bite" Poland is very close to us, people go there in cars for groceries. But I don't have a passport yet
