Now, if you also took a photo of bread in profile, full face and cut!
And they indicated the amount of flour in their cups!

That would not be unnecessary comments, as in your previous recipe, and this is very important !!!! correct recipe !!!! and a show photo !!!! And everything becomes clear at once !!!!

Good luck!

I'll take a photo! Just ate instantly
And how to understand "And indicated the amount of flour in their cups!" ??
And how many grams is 230 ml of flour?
Admin
Even if your cup is 230 ml. , then 4.3 cups holds x 138 grams = 600 grams of flour.
This amount of flour requires approximately 390-400 ml. water!!!! You have a COARSE 375 ml total. taking into account butter, which has a thick consistency, even when heated!

The crumb of this bread will turn out to be cooler than the usual soft crumb!

I do not mind - such a crumb, a matter of taste!

But you need to write the recipe correctly, and you also need to give a photo of such a crumb! And be sure to indicate what kind of wheat flour was put into the dough - baking wheat flour, 1st grade, whole grain!

So take it as a rule - to take a photo before "ate"!

Here I'm asking you, how much flour goes into your 230 ml cup?
According to my calculations, about 138-140 grams! Reference links I gave above, check!

The crumb is very, very soft (not sticky). I'll bake - I'll post a photo. Flour premium bakery, in short, the best
hlebopek
did not weigh flour (it's easier for me to scoop up a glass from a bag)
Maybe you should delete our correspondence? what would not take place

I will partially delete the correspondence! But the recipe must be written correctly and accurately! We do not expose recipes for ourselves personally, especially with such a sonorous name "LG (all models)" it obliges!
If you "scoop" flour with a cup, then you can take a completely different amount of flour every new time!

Correct the recipe, I'll clean up the posts!
And I just have to help and warn inexperienced bakers, they will bake from our recipes

I will bake, weigh on scales and correct

Each stove comes with a measuring cup, measuring teaspoon and measuring tablespoon. So that people do not get confused in milligrams, grams and the like, it is advisable to write all the recipes as they are written in the recipe book that comes with the stove when buying. There all the recipes are indicated according to the measuring utensils. And it will be even more interesting if the model of the stove is indicated specifically. Each stove has a different volume, in one the maximum output of finished products is 680 grams, and in the other 1 kg. You will give a recipe for 1 kg, and the oven can only 680 grams. What then to do and how to use such a recipe?

For this, recipes are written in grams. Buy scales.

Not all ingredients can be measured in cups and spoons - for example, cold butter, which is cut in pieces, and sometimes there is no point in drowning in a micron to pour it into a measuring spoon later - just stain the dishes in oil. Or semi-solid honey. It is better to weigh such products and put them directly into the oven.

So you yourself are breaking the rule of the forum - put in your profile the model of your stove, the size of the measuring cup, where you live - to whom are your claims and wishes?

And more often walk on the section BREAD - ALL THE HEAD https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf#18 - all questions and answers are there!
