Minced chicken 500 g
Potatoes (raw) 1/3 of the minced meat

I really like cardamom in cutlets, it gives splendor to cutlets. We form cutlets. If steamed, then put it in a double boiler and sprinkle with cheese immediately, if you want fried, then first fry the cutlet on one side, then turn it over, sprinkle with cheese and fry. Especially no art, but delicious.
