Chicken cutlets (very tender and tasty)

Ingredients

Minced chicken 1 kg
Chopped onions
+ a slice of white bread
(soaked in water)
2 pcs.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Starch 2 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Mix everything with a spoon until smooth. It will turn out to be quite liquid. Fry, spreading on a frying pan with a tablespoon. Cutlets are fried quickly.
  • I have been cooking lately from minced meat. Very comfortably. I used to make minced meat from breasts, rolling them through a meat grinder using an insert with the largest holes. But, you need to add more starch and mayonnaise there (per kg. 4 tbsp. L.).

:) So delicious !!! I will definitely try. Chicken cutlets are made by many, including myself, but I never added starch, but it gives airiness and tenderness (I know this from other dishes). As for mayonnaise, I put it in regular cutlets, if lean meat, but I didn't think of adding it to chicken (sometimes dry). Live and learn. Thanks for the recipe.

about starch - I put some grated raw potatoes in cutlets - it's also good!

(y) The cutlets are super. We liked it very much. All mine give you, Elena Bo, a big SPA-SI-BO.

If you add chopped bell peppers to the minced chicken, you get fragrant and vitamin cutlets.

I make chicken cutlets with mushrooms, but I didn't even think about what to do with pepper. Elena thanks for the idea.

And I add 2 eggs to the minced chicken, a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise and a couple of tablespoons of flour, salt and a little granulated garlic, I also put it in the pan with a spoon. It turns out great!

Very appetizing cutlets. I add dry semolina to the cutlets and let them stand for a while (so that the semolina would absorb the meat juice and mayonnaise). I also rub carrots (small) on a very fine grater. It turns out very tasty and tender!
