Cooking method

While the dough was kneading, I had to add a little flour so that the dough did not stick to the walls. But I did not weigh how much it took on the scales, so if necessary add flour to the eye.
The bread turned out to have an expressive sweetish taste.
Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take a photo. The bread was eaten in 10 minutes.

Having analyzed the ingredients of bread, I want to make a remark:
1.The dough contains 380 grams of flour, there is rye flour and bran, and a sufficient amount compared to wheat flour is almost 50% !!!

2. for this amount of flour (including heavy rye and bran), approximately 270 ml is required. water, and you must also add a few tbsp. l. so that the bun becomes soft.
According to your data, the liquid is only about 235 ml. including the thick part, honey and butter.

The consistency of the bread dough, of course, is not for everyone, but this should be taken into account when kneading - it is advisable to make the dough softer so that the crumb of the bread is soft, and not steep!

Well, I love making dense bread with rye flour.
The next time I will take a photo at the first attempt of my family to take a knife, this time I did not have time, while I was waiting for it to cool down, I barely had time to try it myself.
Tomorrow I plan to come up with something with rice flour, if it turns out delicious, I will take a picture first!

She baked bread exactly according to the recipe, sheer disappointment. An irregular piece of dough is baked. Although I have very little experience with the bread maker, I noticed that there is little liquid. Yes, if there is no photograph, you have to be careful with the recipe, I cannot advise you to use this recipe.
