Ingredients

Wheat flour 385g.
Serum 265g.
Dry instant yeast 3d.
Sugar 10g.
Ghee butter 5d.
Salt 5d.

Cooking method

  • Heat the whey to 50C, add flour, sugar, yeast. Stir for 2 minutes at minimum speed. Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
  • Add salt, oil, knead on high speed for 7-10 minutes.
  • Form a ball and place in a greased container. Leave in a warm place for 80 minutes. After 30, 60 and 80 minutes fold the dough Whey Bread (Oven)

And then it turned out that my yeast was just dry Saff Levure, not instant ... But everything turned out just fine!
