Chicken hearts stewed with potatoes (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Chicken hearts 500-1000 g
Potatoes 8 small tubers
Onion 1 PC.
Carrot 1/2 pcs.
Garlic 3 cloves
Salt, spices

Cooking method

  • We set the mode Browning 1 level 1 minute the lid is open and we throw the onion and carrot. As soon as the onion becomes transparent, add the pre-processed chicken (or you can add turkey) hearts. I cut off the base of the hearts, where the fat and the rest of the vessel are, and then I cut it in half, as there may be a blood inside, which must also be removed. While the carrots, onions and hearts are stewing (and they are exactly stewing, since the hearts secrete their juice) I clean and cut the potatoes. I add garlic and spices to the half-finished hearts: salt, pepper and curry. I turn off the program as soon as the hearts are stewed a little with garlic and spices. I add potatoes and pour in water, it does not completely cover the potatoes by only a few mm. I close the lid and turn on the program Stew
