Potato and Minced Casserole (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Potatoes (not very large) 5-6 pcs
Mixed minced meat 300-400 g
Onion 1-2 pcs
Tomatoes 1-2 pcs
Salt, pepper to taste
Sour cream 2-3 st. l.
Mayonnaise 1-2 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 PC

Cooking method

  • 1. Grated potatoes with fine Burner.
  • 2. Finely chop the onion and tomatoes.
  • 3. Minced meat is well mixed, until tender consistency (practically cutlet mass).
  • 4. From sour cream, mayonnaise and eggs, beat the filling mixture with a whisk.
  • 5. I greased the Cuckoo's bowl with oil, put the potatoes in the first layer, minced meat on the potatoes, the next layer are onions and tomatoes (the onions can be boiled in the microwave for a minute or scalded with boiling water) and the last layer is again potatoes. We fill everything with filling of sour cream, mayonnaise and eggs.
  • 6. Select the oven mode 1-2 level 35-40 minutes

Note

Everything is simple as always. It is very convenient for dinner, such casseroles, and indeed casseroles, are my favorite dishes. Everything is fast and tasty. Bon Appetit.

A bit similar, but the temperature is higher in the cuckoo. In Panasik, you can do it on Pastry, look when ready. Good luck

Then in Polaris "Frying" will definitely fit, or the same "Baking" (it is almost twice as powerful as Panasonic, it bakes faster in it). Thank you! I will try!

Tanyulya, made a casserole, though on Multipovar 10 min 120 *. Since liquid has formed, frying is started with the lid closed. The liquid evaporated and the potatoes were fried from the bottom, just right. Delicious and very simple. Thanks for the idea!

Tanechka, I don't have Berner, how can I grate it on a coarse grater or just chop it finely? and whether it is necessary then to squeeze out the excess liquid (if on a grater three)

I'd rather cut it finely, when rubbing on a regular grater I'm afraid it will turn out more mushy.
If on a grater. then squeeze out the liquid.

I cut the potatoes into slices and put them in a dense layer ... everything would be fine, but my bottom is burnt. (Oven level 1 35 min)
