  • Good old recipe!
  • Cookies need to take what you like to taste - like "For tea" (this is important, a lot depends on the taste of the cookie itself). I take this - perfect: Dessert cake House
  • So, we take a cookie, moisten it in milk (quickly, without soaking it) and lay it out two in three rows - 2 layers. Then we prepare the cottage cheese (or we immediately take the finished curd mass) - wipe it through a sieve or into a meat grinder, or just with a fork until smooth (no need to beat in a blender, it should keep its shape well) add sugar, vanilla, raisins / dried apricots there, I love - diced marmalade. We spread on cookies, forming a "house". Then we take the cookies (dipped in milk!) And put the top down again with a "house" - there is a gap on top. Make a second layer, close the gap on top. Cooking chocolate icing. I cook "by eye" - from about 1.5-2st. tablespoons of sour cream, a piece of butter (about half a tablespoon), a dessert spoon of cocoa, sugar - bring to a boil and set aside. Has cooled down a little - I put it on the House, and in the refrigerator (preferably at night, at least 2 hours).
