Ingredients

1st bookmark
Water 50 ml
Egg 4 things
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 2 cups (460 ml.)
Yeast 2 tsp
2nd bookmark
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Vanilla sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 1 cup (230 ml)
Yeast 0.5 tsp
Raisins 0.5 cups (more)

Cooking method

  • 1. Remove the mold and install the kneader paddle.
  • 2. Add the ingredients to the 1st bookmark for the recipe.
  • 3. Place the dish in the bread maker.
  • 4. Select the menu Russian chef or Special (for LG) or Basic (for other models) crust Light or Medium (not dark !!!)
  • 5. After starting the 2nd batch, add the ingredients of the 2nd bookmark in order without mixing.
  • 6. After the beep, add the raisins.
  • 7. At the end of the process, take out the form with the product, using gloves

The dish is designed for

750 g

Time for preparing:

3 hours 30 minutes

Cooking program:

Russian chef, Principal; medium crust

Note

Very tasty Easter cake, incomparable with the store one.

If you want a thick and crispy crust, add butter: 4 - 6 tbsp. spoons.

1. Do you put half a glass of dry raisins or do you soak them first, and then measure out half a glass?

I am a beginner baker :) One bread according to the instructions from LG did not work :( And this recipe for kulich coincides with the recipe from the instructions, only the output is 680 grams. Well, since all the recipes on the site are proven, I will try to bake!

I do not recommend pouring pure vanilla, it can easily taste bitter. Better instead of vanilla sugar, pour it!
