Lamb in Madeira sauce with raisins (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

portioned mutton 3-4 pieces per 500 grams
sweet wine Madera 120 ml.
clean water 100 ml.
onions (took a mixture of red and white) 1/2 pcs.
raisins white small handful
garlic, for smell only 1 clove
spices for soup 1/2 tsp
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Cooking in the Multicooker CUCKOO 1054
  • Put portioned meat into the multicooker saucepan.
  • Add onions, well-washed raisins, Madeira wine, water, spices, salt, crushed garlic.
  • Close the lid, set the Multi-cook mode, 110 * C, time 15 minutes, turn on cooking.
  • Turn off the multicooker, the lamb is ready, you can serve it to the table.
  • Boiled pasta can be served as a side dish. Put the pasta, a piece of lamb in a deep plate, top with the gravy sauce, sprinkle with a green onion with parsley! A deep plate - so that the gravy does not spread to the sides, does not smear on the plate.

A very successful combination of Madeira with raisins!

It turned out to be a wonderful slightly sweet and sour sauce, just in moderation!

There is no smell and obvious taste of wine! The meat is soft, aromatic!

The gravy can be thickened by dissolving 1-2 tsp. flour in a little water, then add the hot broth from the pan, a few tablespoons, mix again, and pour into the pan, mix with the meat and let it brew in the Heat mode.

Madeira bought the Crimean "Massandra", it is cheaper than the Portuguese
