Mushroom bread with canned mushrooms in a bread maker

Ingredients

Water 1 cup
Wheat flour 3 cups
(I've been replacing one cup with bran lately)
Sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Powdered milk 2 table. spoons
Butter (I often replace it with any vegetable oil) 2 tbsp. spoons
Canned mushrooms, chopped 0.5 cups
Yeast 2 teaspoons

Cooking method

  • the FAST mode, I do with a dark crust, but you can also with a light and medium, as you like. I have a cup of 230 ml, the spoons are measured from the complete set of the bread machine.

Note

The taste is unusual, rises very well.

ikko4ka, I use canned mushrooms, my own pickling. My friend buys canned food in the store. I mainly use honey mushrooms (I just love them more and they are always at hand). Sometimes White comes into play. You can take any mushrooms you like.

Why little, cutting mushrooms into micron pieces is certainly not worth it. Cut them finely so that the mushroom slices are comfortable in your bread. In principle, as you like.

I baked bread according to your recipe, I liked it. With only one thing, I took mushrooms in tomato (I didn't keep track of the simple ones, I ate), and of course it took a little more flour (because of the tomato). Therefore, the bread came out tomato-mushroom.
