Bell pepper salad with olives

Ingredients

Bulgarian pepper multicolored 3 pcs.
Pitted olives 1b.
Garlic 1 tooth
Olive oil 3st. l.

Cooking method

  • Grind the olives and garlic into crumbs with a blender. Add olive oil, stir.
  • Cut the pepper (or grate on a slicer) into thin strips.
  • Stir in olive dressing.
  • Put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • You can eat with a plate !!!
