Ingredients

pork 0.5kg-1kg
bow (large) 2 pcs.
carrot 2 pcs.
salt, ground pepper taste
marjoram 0.5 tsp
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Pork is cut into large pieces, fried in a cauldron with the addition of a small amount of oil. Add chopped onions and carrots, cut into cubes. Fry with meat. Add marjoram, ground black pepper. Mix, pour in a little boiling water. Simmer until the water boils away. We give the meat a little "grabbing", the crust appears, so that, adding more hot water, the color of the sauce is brownish. Let the meat stew until tender.

  • For a side dish, fried potatoes, cut into large cubes and cauliflower, are excellent. Don't forget to serve greens, they go well with this dish.
