Apple milk jelly

Ingredients

Milk 250g.
Water 250g.
Apples 2 pcs.
Sugar 30g.
Corn starch) 2h l.
Sour cream 1 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Peel and core the apples. Cut into slices, put in a saucepan, pour boiling water over and boil for 5-7 minutes. Beat with a blender with liquid.

  • Put the pan on the fire.

  • Dissolve starch in milk. With constant stirring, pour milk into apples, add sugar and boil until thickened (2-3 minutes).

  • Remove the pan from heat, cool the jelly, mix with sour cream.

  • I really liked it !!!! The child, for whom sobssno was prepared, preferred cakes with feta cheese !!!!
