Good day!

Please help in this matter. The main options are PANASONIC SD-256, TEFAL OW 4002, KENWOOD BM 350, but other options are also accepted. The main maker (as I think everyone has) is the best combination of "price-quality".
Please help with the choice?

So far I have not had time to reread the entire forum, therefore I will ask 2 questions of interest to me here:
1. The store said that liquid milk can only be used in bread makers with the "butter" function. How much is this true and how to determine in which it can be used, and in which not?
I would not like to use powdered milk.

2. Can live yeast be baked? If so, does it depend on the model of the bread machine and are there any peculiarities in preparing such a dough?

Thank you in advance!

lnta , welcome to the forum!

Here HERE comparison of different HP.

Two positive answers to your questions milk (as you say liquid)
and fresh yeast can be used in ALL HP models. Usually, in recipes, the author indicates which yeast to use. The difference is in the quantity: there is 3 times more fresh yeast. The difference in CP can be in the order in which the dry and liquid ingredients were added (flour / water or water / flour).

Happy choice!
