Fruit cake Tenderness (without baking)

Ingredients

cream or sour cream 300 g
cracker 250 g
marshmallow 200 g
Apple 1 large
banana 1 PC
plums 5 pieces
melon 1 PC
sugar 3/4 Art.

Cooking method

  • Beat the sour cream (cream) with sugar until the consistency of thick sour cream.
  • Cut marshmallows into thin, round plates and put on a dish. Then put a layer of cracker, grease generously with whipped cream - this is the base.

  • Free the plums, apple, banana, melon from the peel and cut into small pieces 1x1 cm.In turn, lay out the fruits in layers (the juicy ones should be at the top).

  • And the final: a layer of cracker, then marshmallow and again generously grease with whipped cream.
  • We decorate as fantasy tells (mine was silent, since the baby woke up), just rubbed the chocolate.
  • Let stand a little - soak in the refrigerator, the cake is ready to eat.

Note

You can take any favorite fruits: peaches, apricots, pears, etc. Winter version of this dessert: banana-kiwi-orange.

I have known this recipe for years ... for twelve years, I have never failed. A very handy recipe in case of unexpected guests, and the kids love it.
