Pancake cups with aromatic filling

Ingredients

for 6 servings:
filling:
Ricotta / can be replaced with pasty curd / 100 g
cream cheese "Philadelphia" (Almente) 50 gr.
canned tuna 85 gr.
dill. some salt. white pepper
dough: glass = 240 ml.
flour 1/2 cup
sugar 1/2 tsp

baking powder 1/2 tsp
milk 1/4 cup

yolk 1
oiled muffin mold

Cooking method

  • 1.Mix the ricotta with the cream cheese. add dill and tuna / without oil /. salt and pepper.
  • 2. Sift the flour with baking powder. add salt. mix well.
  • 3. Beat eggs with a whisk. add milk and sugar and pour in a thin stream into the flour. shake the dough with a whisk.
