Potatoes with porcini mushrooms

Ingredients

Boiled potatoes 4-5 pcs.
White mushrooms
(or any other) boiled
used frozen mushrooms
300 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
head
Garlic 1-2 teeth
Salt pepper taste
Green onions - for sprinkling
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Defrost mushrooms, drain the liquid, fry in vegetable oil along with onions (cut into small pieces)

  • Add boiled and dried potatoes, add salt, freshly ground pepper and fry, heat with mushrooms, stirring occasionally.

  • At the end, add finely chopped garlic, stir and turn off the heat.

  • Put the finished garnish on a plate, sprinkle with green onions on top.

Note

Such potatoes with mushrooms can be served both as a side dish and as an independent dish. Serving the fresh vegetable salad is great!
