Ingredients

The egg is fresh 1 PC.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
White wine (preferably sweet) 2 tbsp. l.
Salt pinch
Boiled milk 3/4 cup
180 ml
Nutmeg
you can use gingerbread mixture
little pinch

Cooking method

  • It is easy to beat the egg until the protein and yolk are mixed, it is better to mix by hand with a jolly.
  • Add sugar and stir.
  • Add wine, salt and stir
  • Add milk and mix everything. The milk is very warm or at room temperature.
  • Pour the drink into glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg on top.
  • Eggnog
