Ingredients

Transparent meat broth
Egg
Bread gray
White bread
Garlic
Salt
Green onion

Cooking method

  • We boil eggs hard

  • Heat clear meat broth until hot.

  • Toast the bread in a toaster, rub it with a clove of garlic and salt.

  • Pour the broth into a cup, put a boiled egg, sprinkle with a pinch of green onions.

  • Serve garlic croutons separately.
