Everything in this dish is unusual for me. Firstly: we are not used to drinking or eating (as I don’t know correctly) fish broths, and a cucumber in a fish filling is a discovery for me, although we love pancakes with fish. Yes and FISH SAUSAGES I cook with pickled cucumber. The pancake dough itself in this design is a novelty for me. Pancakes are soft and tasty. Liked everything.
