Cooking method

  • I had a pork loin on ribs, but you can use it without it.
  • I put the meat in a deep bowl, fill it with a mixture of dry wine and water, salt, leave it to marinate for a day, turn it over several times.
  • The marinade should be slightly acidic to taste. Pay attention to how the meat lightens during the marinating process, this is the action of the marinade, dry wine, which makes the meat soft and juicy when baked.
  • Now we put the meat in the multicooker pan, add a little more salt on top, sprinkle with plenty of red pepper, pour 1/3 cup of the marinade on the bottom.
  • We include Multi-cook mode, 27 minutes, 110 * and bring the meat to readiness.
  • We check the readiness, softness of the meat with a knitting needle, if ready, close the lid of the pan and let the meat cool completely, and then put it in the refrigerator to ripen.

The meat turned out to be light inside, very soft!
