Ingredients

Meat broth, chicken 1-1.2 L
Potatoes 1-2 pcs.
Mushroom ears 5-6 pcs. per serving
Salt, herbs taste
For minced mushroom:
Oyster mushrooms 300-400 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.

Egg is cool 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • I used ready-made chicken broth.

  • Dough cooked according to the recipe 🔗, and then stuffed with mushroom minced meat

  • Mushroom stuffing: cut the onion, mushrooms into small pieces, fry in vegetable oil until the liquid evaporates, add salt and spices. We shift the minced meat into a bowl, add fresh herbs, an egg crushed with a fork - mix and let cool until warm.
  • with this minced meat we start cutting for dumplings.

  • Pour broth into a saucepan, let it boil, put potatoes in pieces, cook until tender. Now add mushroom ears, a drop of fresh herbs, add some salt, taste.

  • When the ears pop up, cook for a couple of minutes and you can turn off the heat. The mushroom ears soup is ready!
