Imperial bread with dried fruits in a bread maker

Warm milk 200 g
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 40 g
Rast. oil 3 tbsp. l.
Fresh yeast 15 g
Egg 1 PC.
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Cocoa 1 tbsp. l.
Raisins soaked in cognac 50 g
Dried apricots, prunes, walnuts 40 g each
Lemon (finely chopped) 1 slice

Cooking method

  • The main program. Bread weight 1 kg, medium crust.

Must be delicious !!! Judging by the components. No photo?
Awesome bread For tea and with butter ..... I put 1 tsp for insurance. panifarin and do not add nuts. I've done it several times already - this is my favorite bread
Has anyone done anything with dry yeast?
