Ingredients

Zucchini 2 pcs.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Flour 1 tbsp.
Spice taste
Chopped greens
Filling:
Mushrooms 350 g
Onion 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
Processed cheese 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Twist the zucchini in a meat grinder

Only I was too lazy to get the meat grinder, and rubbed the zucchini on a fine grater (I didn't really like it).
Wholegrain flour was added. She made mayonnaise as Alexandra suggested (Alexandra, thank you so much ).
And instead of processed cheese (I don't recognize it) I rubbed hard cheese.

I really ground the zucchini and mushrooms in a blender, but I think this did not affect the taste. But with pancakes, I got a small piece of cake - well, they didn't want to stay with me as pancakes, as a result I even managed to bake 5 pancakes, and put the rest of the lump in the freezer, maybe then I use it somewhere (in lasagna, for example).
