salad by the well-known author Ayn 🔗
Coleslaw cabbage salad (from Danish koolsla - "cold cabbage") is a classic American salad, although cabbage salad is found in other countries' cuisine. There are as many variations of this salad as there are chefs preparing it.

The salad seemed to me too sweet, honey, for my taste, too much. Perhaps buckwheat honey would have been better, but I ran out of it. A grandmother sold flower honey at the bazaar. And it cost them. I added Modena vinegar, I don't like apple cider, and in smaller quantities. And completely on my own - finely chopped a couple of cloves of garlic

Nice salad. Only I don’t add sweets there, but a couple of cloves of garlic - it’s even very soulful And without vinegar. There is enough acid in mayonnaise.

And for me, a spoonful of sugar will be just right. I love sweetish cabbage.

I didn't add vinegar, but added a little sugar - next time without sugar I will have to try. And the salad is healthy, right now for replenishing the vitamin reserve.
