Cooking method

Note

The prototype was the recipe for Gasha "Darnitsa bread for a husband", but was modified and moved to milliliters. I removed half of the panifarin and added quite a lot of sourdough, and changed the rest in small details.

I have a Kenwood stove, but I did not choose a specific program, I made it myself, so the stove model does not greatly affect the result

I used chestnut honey, but it tastes too strong, next time I'll try another one.
I had wheat flour of the highest grade, and rye was rustic whole grain (as far as I understood, it is lighter than white flour, but takes more water, therefore, you need to navigate the first baking on a bun). The gingerbread man must be well formed.

The bread turned out to be very tasty, the very one I wanted! The crust is crispy, the crumb is airy and tasty, everything is as it should be After a day, the same fresh as after baking
