Does anyone have such a bread maker, let's share our experience, reviews and pitfalls.

I bought recently, so far I only see the pros ...
1. Inexpensive price, there is a service.
2. Bakes well, no crust problems.
3. Plastic and oven do not stink when baking, as they sometimes write about Chinese goods.

Confused by the ultra-fast modes ... have not tried it yet, but 58 minutes seems to me very short for baking.

I will write programs as I use them
1. I tried the main mode for 3 hours. Everything turns out great, the crust is medium, the bread is wonderful. I write in minutes, the first knead is 10 minutes, the dough is 15 minutes, the second knead is 15 minutes, the dough is raised for 20 minutes, a short rim is 30-40 seconds, again the rise is 1 hour and the baking is 1 hour.
2. Fast mode is essentially a cupcake, with soda, no rise. 2 mixes.
3. Dough mode. For yeast dough. 1.30 minutes. 20 minutes kneads, the rest of the time rise. Then you can put it on baked goods.
You can make dough on dumplings in this way, just turn off the stove after kneading, I made it yesterday, the dough is excellent.
4. Whole grain mode. 3.40 minutes.
The first batch is 10 minutes, 15 minutes rest, the second heated batch is 15 minutes, 30 minutes is suitable, 10-20 seconds rim, then 1.30 minutes and 1 hour of baking are suitable. Baked rye-wheat "Darnitsky bread" from Fugaska, it turned out great.

Give me proven recipes please !!!! Presented at NG. 1 time spekla - according to a book with recipes - not very good.
