Cooking method

  • Peel the fish, salt, sprinkle with your favorite spices (I have spices from Kamis for fish) and fry in vegetable (I have olive) oil over low heat without a lid! until ready.

We love trout, but we often have it large, and the dorado is so good that you can buy it in portions - 1 piece per serving. It is eaten very tasty!
