Fish fried with mushroom sauce

Ingredients

Fish / hake, pollock, etc.
mushrooms
onion
tomato
salt
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Fry the fish until golden brown. Cut the onion into segments, fry in a pan until transparent, add sufficiently coarsely chopped mushrooms, salt and simmer over medium heat until mushrooms are ready. Add chopped tomatoes. I had a handful of cherry, I just cut them in half. Simmer until the tomatoes give the juice to the sauce.
  • Can be served with baked potatoes, boiled rice. We ate without a side dish.
  • Tasty and fast))
