Cooking method

  • There are several recipes for this cake on the Internet. I summarized them and made this one.
  • Beat 3 proteins for one cake, constantly adding 125 g of sugar and 0.5 packet of vanilla sugar. The cake is baked at a minimum temperature until slightly beige. You need to bake 2 such cakes.
  • To make roasted nuts, grind it to rice grains and add to light cream Charlotte from Kiev cake.
  • Assembly:
