Veal chops

Veal chops

Ingredients

veal (beef) chop
ham (ham)
cheese (aromatic, can be spicy - to taste)
egg (for dipping)
salt, pepper, flour, crackers, fat for frying

Cooking method

  • Take the veal chop (we took the beef), cut it with a very sharp knife (we had a boning knife) in this way: make an incision from the edge of 1 cm not to the end, the next one - at a distance of 1 cm from the incision made - to the end. And so cut the whole chop. Thus, you get pieces, each of them unfold like a book.
  • Also, with a sharp knife, cut the ham (ham) thinly into the size of the expanded chop.
  • Cut the cheese into cubes of about 1 x 1 cm, it should be very tasty, because it gives the flavor to the whole dish.

  • On the unfolded chop (DO NOT beat it off) put a layer of ham, in the middle - a block of cheese, fold in half, fasten it with a toothpick on the side.
  • Outside (do not salt or pepper inside) lightly salt, pepper, roll in flour, then in a beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs.
  • Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil (you can add a little lard), fry over medium heat, turning often (3 times on each side).

Time for preparing:

30-40 minutes

Note

The cooking process is very quick, for 30-40 minutes my husband cooked 2 servings (only 8 pieces), fried in 2 visits.
My husband spied on this recipe from Julia Vysotskaya.
We didn't expect it to be so tasty, we thought it would be tough, but it turned out very soft and spicy !!!!!
The main thing is to have delicious ham and cheese!
I am sure that now we will cook this dish very often !!!!
I deliberately cut the chops into 2 pieces so that you can see how they are chipped with toothpicks.

Natusichka, delicious!!! I didn't take pictures, it looks exactly like yours.

I didn't have a veal tenderloin, I made a cue ball from a pork cue ball - I cut it thinly, didn't beat anything - the meat is really soft and I also thought this breading would go perfectly for a Kiev cutlet - there are fewer dances, and the crust is super super!

Thanks for the recipe, I really liked it, and my men are just delighted!

Lisss's! I am very glad (and my husband especially) that you liked the recipe! It's really delicious! And, what is very important, it is very easy to prepare! Yes, I, too, when I ate them, thought that such breading would be suitable for Kiev cutlets (our thoughts agree!)!
