Ingredients

Cakes:
Wheat flour 2 glasses
Sugar 1.5 cups
Eggs 6 pcs.
Cocoa 4 tbsp. l.
Cream:
Sour cream 1 kg
Sugar
Thickener for cream (if sour cream is liquid) 2 sachets
Fudge:
Chocolate 100 g

Cooking method

  • Cakes:
  • Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the whites into a hard foam, gradually add 1.5 cups of sugar and all the yolks one by one. Gradually add 2 cups of flour (I don't think I poured out the second glass completely - the eggs were not very large).
  • Put 1/3 of the dough in a baking dish (I put it in a cake pan - anyway, then cut it in pieces), and pour 4 tbsp into the remaining 2/3. spoons of cocoa and knead (put this part in a round detachable form). Bake.
  • Cut the bottom 2 cm thick from the chocolate crust.Cut the top and white biscuit into cubes (or whatever you like, the main thing is to have pieces)
  • Cream:
  • Beat 1 kg of sour cream with sugar. I took DVD 25% - very liquid, I added 2 bags of thickener for cream (you can have a little starch - the thickener consists of it + powdered sugar)
  • Assembly:
  • We smear the round cake with cream, then spread it on a slide, alternating white and chocolate pieces of biscuit, dipping them in cream beforehand. Between the pieces, you can put all sorts of goodies: nuts, prunes, etc. I put the cherries (defrosted, covered with sugar and filled with cognac - she soaked in this for about 30 minutes)
  • Fudge:
  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath, pour in the cream and knead.

Note

I baked this cake - while the child was asleep, I managed to bake the cakes, beat the cream, and collect. I don't know how mine tastes, but last week I tried it at a tasting in the store - it's very tasty. But there was no cream. Well, God bless him.

In the Pancho that I ate in the store, one biscuit was almond, and the other alcoholic, and the filling contained pineapples and walnuts. My walnuts turned out to be all rotten, I don't really like pineapples, so at first I wanted to add prunes and walnuts, but ... see above, so I put cherries. Sour cream sets off very well. It was delicious.

I have been baking Curly Boy cake for many years. But I have a completely different recipe. Here in the recipe, biscuit dough, like in charlotte. I have just condensed milk, and not cloying at all, it turns out great. This is my family's favorite cake.

Structure:
2 eggs
Sugar (powdered sugar) 1 cup
Condensed milk 1/2 can
Flour 2 glasses
Sour cream 6 tbsp. l.
Soda 1 tsp (extinguish in vinegar)

Bake 1/3 of the dough.
Add 1 - 2 tbsp to the rest of the dough. l. cocoa. Bake the second cake.

Cream: 500 g sour cream
1 cup powdered sugar

Cut off the top from the white cake (to make it even). Break the dark cake and the remnants of the white into pieces, dip in the cream and stack on top of the white cake. You can add nuts, or whatever you like.

Glaze:

Cocoa 4 tbsp. l
Sour cream 4 tbsp. l.
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.

Heat, stir thoroughly until sugar dissolves, add 2 tbsp. l. butter. Refrigerate. Spread the cake. May be sprinkled with grated chocolate, coconut, etc.

For glaze:
0.5 tbsp. Sahara
2 tbsp. l. cocoa
50 gr. butter
2 tbsp. l milk

Cooking method :
Knead the dough from all ingredients. Bake one part of the dough in the form, and the other on a baking sheet. For impregnation, beat the sour cream and sugar, add the nuts, mix.
Bake the cakes at 210-220o until tender. Put the finished cake from the mold on a dish, and the one on the baking sheet, cut into pieces 6x6 cm.Each piece is well dipped in the impregnation and spread on a round slide. I also saturate the round cake with sour cream, and only then put the pieces on it)
For the glaze, mix sugar, cocoa and milk, heat in a water bath until the sugar dissolves and add butter. Pour the cake with a little cooled icing.
