Ingredients

Flour Francine "PAIN DE CAMPAGNE"
(can be replaced with 250 g white,
120 whole grains,
50 rye)
420 g
Wheat bran 40 g
Rye groats = wheat with bran and sprouts
(germ flakes)
Belovodye
40 g
Water 325 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp
Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Pressed yeast
(or dry 1.5 tsp.)
10 g
Sesame 3 tbsp. l.
Poppy 3 tbsp. l.
Blend Fitness Mix 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Lightly fry the bran, grains and sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
  • Pour 100 ml of water, heat, dilute the yeast, leave for 10 minutes.
  • Put all the ingredients in the bread maker.
  • Whole grain or dietary regimen
  • After 1 kneading, turn off the bread maker and leave the dough for 30 minutes.
  • You do not need to turn off the stove for the period of 1 rise - the main thing is not to do 2 batch.

  • Lay out on a well-floured board, stretch into a square with a side of 20 cm.
  • Fold from 4 corners to center. Fold the new 4 corners towards the center.
  • Turn over, form a loaf, put in a mold on baking paper for proofing for 40 minutes - cover with a towel.

  • At the end of the proofing, make an incision.

  • Close the form with a lid, place in the oven, bake for 45 minutes at 240 and another 20 minutes without a lid.

  • BREAD OPTION: Place all ingredients in a bucket and switch on the Whole Grain or Diet or French Bread program
