Ingredients

sweet peppers 2-3pcs.

tomato 3-4 pcs.
olive oil 2-3 st. spoons

Cooking method

  • There are many types of antipasti, because in translation from Italian they are just snacks.
  • And a lot on our table depends on snacks. We want our food to be beautiful and tasty. And also - I prepared quickly.
  • Therefore, we take a large container in which we mix vegetables, chopped coarsely (those that we have in the refrigerator). I had zucchini, eggplants, sweet peppers, champignons and small tomatoes. I pre-peeled the eggplants and cut them into large pieces, cut the zucchini into circles, peppers - as necessary, I left the tomatoes and mushrooms intact. I added salt, pepper, Provencal herbs and olive oil to taste. Put it on a baking sheet. Baked for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
