Three-layer mascarpone dessert

Ingredients

mascarpone cheese 450 g
cream (33%) 150 ml
granulated sugar 100 g
strawberries (fresh or frozen) 1/2 cup
bitter chocolate 50 g
cookies (jubilee type) 6 pcs (about 50 g)
grated chocolate for decoration

Cooking method

  • If the strawberries are frozen, they must be defrosted and chopped in a blender beforehand. Melt chocolate, crumble cookies.
  • Beat the cheese with four tablespoons of sugar, cream with the remaining sugar. Mix cheese with cream and divide the resulting mixture into three parts. Add melted chocolate to one part, strawberries to the other, leave the third part without additives.
  • Put in a glass in layers: mass with chocolate, cookies, mass with strawberries, cookies, light mass. Sprinkle the dessert with grated chocolate on top. Cool for at least an hour.
