Spaghetti with salmon with creamy sauce

Ingredients

Spaghetti
For the sauce:
Salmon 500 g
Cream 20% 350-400 ml
Finely grated Parmesan
(completely replaceable with another hard cheese)
2-2.5 st. l.
Garlic 1 clove
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Salt, black pepper

Cooking method

  • We put the spaghetti to cook.
  • While the spaghetti is boiling, prepare the sauce:
  • Small fish mode 2x2 cm.
  • We heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and send the fish there, fry it very quickly (over high heat), for two to three minutes, gently turning the fish pieces over to preserve their integrity if possible, salt and pepper
  • As soon as the fish "grabbed", reduce the heat and pour in the cream. Let them boil, boil a little until thick, add cheese and chopped garlic clove. Once the cheese is melted, the sauce is ready.
  • Put the spaghetti on a serving plate, and on top - our sauce.

Note

I like this recipe because everything is prepared in a matter of minutes, everything is eaten very quickly, and you can feed 3-4 very hungry eaters with a small piece of fish, the dish turns out to be very satisfying.
