Cooking method

  • Knead the yeast dough: dissolve dry yeast in warm water, add sugar 3 tbsp. spoons, salt, flour, so that the dough can then be rolled out, then we put it in a warm place for 2 hours. The dough has risen, roll it to the size of the mold, about 0.5 cm thick.Place the dough in the mold, form sides 1 cm high. Pierce the dough with a fork and put the beans on top. We put in the oven for 10 minutes, bake at a temperature of 200 C. At this time, we clean the apples, cut them into 4 parts, remove the seeds and divide into 3 parts (depending on the apple), the slices should turn out to be 0.5 cm thin. remove the beans from the oven, carefully place the apples on top, put them in the oven for 20 minutes. bake at 200 C. Cook caramel: 100 gr. We heat the sugar until it dissolves, when the sugar becomes transparent, add the apple juice, mix well, and cook like jam, check if the drop does not spread on the paper, then the caramel is ready. We take out the cake, pour it with caramel, and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes, at 250 C.

why can't you bake with apples right away, after sprinkling with starch or semolina?

amazingly delicious cake! and instead of beans I put inside a mold of a smaller diameter, oiled. and after 5-7 minutes. I carefully remove it. maybe this method is useful to you!
