Recipes for "sunflower" 1.5 l

Jelly on kefir

1 l. kefir
100 g orange juice
200 g sugar
4 h. Lodge. orange. zest
30 g gelatin
vanillin

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in liquid. Mix all components and pour into the mold. You can put orange slices on the bottom of the mold. In the cold for 2-3 hours.

Berry jelly with kefir

1 liter of kefir
30 g gelatin
berries
sugar

Mash fresh berries with sugar. Dissolve gelatin. Mix everything and pour into the "sunflower". In the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Idea With this recipe you can save yourself from extra calories.

Chocolate pudding

1 liter of milk
4 tbsp. lies. cocoa
200 g sugar
200 g corn flour
vanillin

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan until smooth. Boil. Cool down. Pour in a "sunflower" and in the cold for 3-4 hours.

Yoghurt cake

1 pack of jelly
20 g gelatin
500 g yogurt
200 ml. cream 35%
50 g sugar
1 pack of curd mass

Dissolve jelly and gelatin. Beat the cream. Mix everything and pour into the mold. In the refrigerator for 3-40 hours. Remove from the mold and decorate.

500g curd paste
200 g cream 35% - beat
30 g gelatin + 200 ml water
raisins
zest from 2 oranges

Dissolve the gelatin, mix everything and add the cream and one part of the zest. Pour the remaining zest on the walls of the "sunflower" and pour the mass. In the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Take out and decorate.

Vegetable jelly
Cauliflower, carrots, peas, dill, parsley. Dissolve 30 g of gelatin in meat broth (with meat pieces). Fill out the form and refrigerate.

So, girls, I found the recipe again on the Internet, but it must be done !!

Julienne recipe in "Microplus".

In general, when you take out cooked food from the microwave, it should stand for 1/3 of the cooking time.
