Dissolved gelatin in the microwave - 350 W - 50 sec
I added gelatin to the cream, mixed well. Poured into two containers. In one I added cocoa, already cooled, the other - white. Cool to keep the room temperature.
Then I alternated layers, and each time put them in the freezer for 15 minutes. The biscuit was added to the penultimate layer. The night I had dessert in the fridge, and that's it ... Beauty is ready !!!
