I remove all odors with dry mustard: onion, garlic, fish, herring.
I dilute the mustard with water to a pasty state, grease the vessel and leave it to stand for an indefinite time. Then I wash it off.
Sometimes I dilute mustard with water, pour mustard water into a bowl and also let it stand. I use cool water.
Albina
Svetochka, thanks for the advice. I'll tell my son your ways, let him choose.

Sveta, Irina, Lena, Thank you!!!
Light, well, the cream remained and there are grapes, and for some reason I baked the biscuit again, and I wanted to try the shape without the middle
Irina, the first one was very tight, super-duper. And in this, the layers froze longer (each layer in the freezer), I did not observe the proportions with gelatin. I think this one will fall apart while it is at home in the refrigerator (in the morning I took it out and ran to work).

Girls, please tell me the volume of the ladle Disco?

Who has such a ladle in use, like it ?!

notka_notka
InnaThe ladles are both very handy and useful. Volume, you want to measure it in the evening, and I'll tell you then.
Olya_, Lilythanks girls. Try it, it's really delicious !!! Every evening with my daughter we make T-Bar bars. Very fast, tasty and healthy. We bought muesli without sugar in Auchan, we make a mixture based on the calculation - 4 measuring containers in total (muesli + nuts + dried fruits + honey in different proportions, it is possible without a nut, then there is more muesli, flax seeds, sesame seeds, in short, who loves what more. Every time we use less and less honey, add dried peaches and dates chopped with a blender.

And here's a snack at work. There is less honey, the bar is less sweet, less sticky, and holds its shape better.

Olya_
Natasha, are you heating honey? or add cold and stir?
notka_notka
Olya, honey must be in a frying pan without coating (on the old Soviet). To make it boil straight, foamed ... Yesterday I had 1 tablespoon of honey. Turn off the stove, and right into the pan all the ingredients, mix well, as if rubbing the mixture so that the honey is directly absorbed. Cool slightly and tamp the bars. The mixture looks loose and dry at first, but it compresses very well: girl-yes:

Oh, no matter how really I threw everything away ((I'll go today to sort out the deposits, maybe I will find a small
And if there are more dates? do you need honey anyway?
notka_notka
Olya, the frying pan db is not small, how will you mix the mixture then? It is possible without honey, the forum has a recipe for Lena bukabuza, there is no honey. But I didn't have enough dried fruits in the remnants, and when there are a lot of them, then this, so to speak, is not for everybody ...We like muesli with more content))
Olya_
Natasha, I was upset about the frying pan. Where now to look for such a thing ((Now I won't rest until the end of the working day, until I know for sure whether I have it or not)))
I don’t know why, but it’s imprinted in my head that honey cannot be heated more than 40 degrees, that now I’ll make bars and remember it all the time
monmo
Natasha, I was upset about the frying pan.

Can't be in a saucepan ??
Olya_
yes, of course you can)) Only the pots I have are all coated)) There is only one made of stainless steel, I will try in it)) But it is inconvenient to interfere in such a thing as mine, I will adapt to the bar hunting
Olya_
monmoNatasha, how did you get on with the press there?
monmo
I'm fine - I don't have a T-bar, I'm still reluctant))))
monmo
Olya, I've tried it only once so far - it didn't work out very well, but I admit right away - I didn't follow the recipe - I tried to make gnocchi from ready-made mashed potatoes - with milk and butter. I just really wanted to try it)). But I will do - at work, reports must be submitted, and I will get down to business. I'm waiting - maybe someone will try the lazy dumplings, or I'll have to be in the forefront ...
PySy. I ate the gnocchi anyway. Though and unsightly.

Olya, Yes it is. Honey must not be heated. It kills him, all his healing properties ... only sweetness remains.
Olya_
Anh, if only just a sweetness)) When heated, it turns into poison)) If you do something rarely, then it's okay. And I'm going to make bars often, I have to look for some alternative. most likely you will have to look for maple syrup)) we very rarely have

maple syrup will have to look

Olenka, yes, it seems to be enough everywhere now, but the price ...

And the jam syrup, I wonder, is not good?
Olya_
In, I remembered)) Jerusalem artichoke syrup can definitely be found, and not so expensive. I don't remember just how it tasted, I bought it for a long time. In short, you need to experiment.

Plastic dishes Tupperware - reviews
The resistance of honey to heat is low. The nutritional and medicinal properties of heated products are reduced. At 40 ° C and above, honey loses its special beneficial properties and turns into a simple sweet substance (practically - into an ordinary glucose-fructose syrup). At the same time, honey loses its bactericidal properties and aroma. The warmth also changes the color of the honey - it becomes darker, sometimes brown. The more intense and lasting the influence of heat, the more the quality of honey deteriorates. Heating honey to a temperature of + 45 ° C causes the destruction of enzymes in honey and, as a result, loss of its value, and when heated above 60–80 ° C, honey becomes carcinogenic.
It should not even be added to hot liquids. Hot tea, for example ... as we like to do for colds.
notka_notka
: girl-swoon: I won't heat the honey anymore .... But what about the video from Tapervere on YouTube? They are there just in a frying pan from the Chef and heat it up And I had maple syrup for several years, I did not find a use for myself, and threw it away
monmo
But what about the honey cake ?? Horror-horror ...
notka_notka
monmo, Natasha, I also thought about it ... and about honey waffles ... And gingerbreads ...

Ambassador dry with coating or wet in brine?
Elena thanks for the advice, while I don't have a superstar I wanted a small piece of dry salting
notka_notka
Linen, and the piece will not fit into the full tray in height? You have it ... There is a lattice and a membrane))))

Yeah .. in brine or a dry ambassador .. for any maximilian more volume is suitable ... the composite tray will be too small for such a case, it seems to me.
Larissa , and in the marinade with dry salting, you can hammer a small piece
Slastena
Natasha, the composite tray is busy with cheese, my hands were itching to fill it, and then it’s overloaded, otherwise the ish is idle
Monica
Girls, what is the best dish to take for the dough?
susika
To each his own .... But most like Maximilian. The volumes are different. My favorite is 4.5 liters.

Girls, hello everyone! I have a question for those who have and who cook in Tapperkuk (pressure cooker). I bought it today and tried it today. And now I don’t know whether to be happy or upset. The fact is that my float does not rise in the process of cooking. As a result, the pea soup without pieces of raw meat (I used boiled - smoked bacon) did not please with the speed of preparation. The proportions are as follows: one large carrot, medium onion, 2 potatoes, 230 g of split peas, which I previously washed several times. Water up to "max", 800W, time 25 minutes. After the signal, I stood in the mic for another 15 minutes. When I took out the float was in the same position as before cooking.
I open it, resulting in a half-baked soup.
Gave time for micra and kuku to cool down, and on a new one for 15 minutes. After about 10 minutes, I looked into the microscope window, did not see the raised float. Then he stood for 30 minutes until the family gathered. The soup was now ready, the peas boiled well.

Well, it seems to me that it takes too long for a pressure cooker. What do you advise?

Cook himself really, really liked. Made at the highest level, heavy, solid, I don't want to let go of my hands, so nice plastic.

And the soup turned out to be awesome! None of my electric pressure cookers cook this

Enchanted, now I have specially prepared pea in tappercuk, my valve has risen, maybe the lid was not completely closed? And from above you need to fix it with a clamp. Try to pull the valve in the open lid of the tuda-syudy.

NatalyTeo, Thank you!
Today I again cooked pea soup) This time I poured 900 ml of water, as recommended in the YouTube video, at 800 W for 28 minutes. He stood for 20 minutes. Opened - done.
In the process I looked into the microscope, I did not see the lifted valve. But I have very dark glass in my Samsung mic. And yet it seems to me that the valve did not rise.

NatalyTeo,
It will not be difficult for you to write how much was put in everything, at what power it was cooked. In the instructions for the treasure, it is recommended to cook at 900 W for 20-25 minutes. In my micra the maximum power is 800. Maybe that's why it takes longer. But the valve haunts me.

I'm thinking of taking another Cook, so I liked this saucepan. I thought of everything, for the unexpected arrival of guests, or when the whole family gathers, you can cook the first, or meat, in one saucepan, take out and immediately put the already prepared second pan with the second portion, or the same side dish into the micra. I have 2 pressure cookers, but while they heat up, build up pressure, and then release it, Cook wins in time. And also this pressure cooker does not take up space, cleanliness, there is not even a drop of elementary condensation. A little expensive, of course, in terms of cost, but in reality Cook is worth his money (without advertising), I myself take the dishes from the distributors.

Over a decade ago, I bought serving bowls in various sizes (with blue rims and blue lids). Of course, the lids do not fit perfectly tightly and something liquid can leak when tilted, but I am very pleased with these salad bowls. They are interesting in that they are made not of cloudy plastic, but of transparent plastic and the salad in them looks beautiful on the table. Then he covered the lid in the refrigerator.
Over ten years of very active use, I have got small scratches, since I often interfere with them with a mixer and, in general, do not use them very carefully.
I also bought many containers for storing spices. Convenient, airtight .. But since there are a lot of spices, all the same, besides these containers, I have a box in which there are packages with spices. And for this, a whole shelf is allocated in a wall cabinet. It turns out, having bought a whole bunch of containers, I could not achieve perfect order on the shelf with spices.
Therefore, I cannot advise anyone to buy containers for spices. Good, convenient, but either you need to buy more than 30 .. Knowing exactly what volumes for which spice, or, as in my case, you get 12 beautiful containers and a bunch of bags separately.
But I would also buy beautiful salad bowls (serving bowls). They are in my daily use.

I, too, do not understand the valve, I have already thought about this, today I will check it again. Should it not fall for some time when disconnected?
Katerina2
Rada-dms, yes, until it cools down to a certain temperature, it does not fall immediately.
NatalyTeo
Enchanted, 1 liter of water, one carrot and an onion - I sautéed them, 200 g peas - I washed it and boiled it, I always pour out the beans first, so all the harmfulness comes out and the intestines then behave well, and according to the recipe, just wash it in a saucepan, 3 potatoes, spices, salt to taste. For 20 minutes at 900 W, then stand for 15 minutes until the valve is lowered

Katya, thanks, you have to watch!

NatalyTeo, Natasha, and after sautéing, oil gets into the pan, but in the same place it is impossible with butter? I made caviar with butter, and then the girls said that the material could react, now I am afraid. And immediately the possibilities were limited!
