eggs 3 pcs
milk 50ml
butter at room temperature 80g
wheat flour 250g
baking powder 1h l.
ground cinnamon 1 st. l.
salt to taste

Cooking method

  • Mix eggs with sugar, add milk and butter. Add the pumpkin to the egg and butter mixture. Mix flour with baking powder, cinnamon, salt. Mix liquid and dry ingredients and knead the dough. Thanks for the recipe. Delicious. Only I did it a little differently. First, I baked in a slow cooker with one cake. The result is a very airy cake. Secondly, since I don't really like cinnamon, I made 2 options: original and without cinnamon and raisins. I liked the second one more, but this is only because of my not love for spice. I provide a photo of two options.

The second one I missed with whipped sour cream and sugar.
