Ingredients

corn bank

baking powder half a teaspoon
Parmesan 50 grams

Cooking method

  • Mix flour, baking powder, salt
  • separately mix eggs, yogurt (I took 150 grams of granular cottage cheese and half a glass of milk) grated parmesan, butter.
  • Mix the flour with the egg and cheese mixture. Add corn
  • (I cut the grains from 2 boiled ears).
  • Put in muffins molds (the dough is thick, it does not pour from the spoon)
  • Bake at 180 degrees for half an hour
  • It turned out here such a full mold (8 buns)
  • Corn muffins
  • and two triangles. Speaking of the mold, it is very convenient, it has such wings around the grooves and, therefore, the buns do not creep in breadth (like their owner) but rise up, the silikomat uniform is white, the baked goods fly out with a bang and the size is suitable (even if they were 2 times more - a sandwich roll for school would be provided)

An interesting recipe, I will definitely try to bake it, but I will most likely add cheddar instead of parmesan.

Try it, my kids really liked it. And they are still pretentious. And of course Parmesan can be replaced with another hard cheese.
