Ingredients

Ripe avocado 1 PC.
Boiled egg 1 PC.
Cod liver (canned) 1/2 cans

Cooking method

  • Peel the avocado and egg and cut into cubes.
  • Cod liver in small pieces.
  • We mix everything and season with olive oil or mayonnaise.

Avocado salad with cod liver

Structure:
avocado big
eggs 2 pcs.
cod liver small jar
lemon juice
some chopped onion with parsley
some salt to taste

It turned out very tasty! The avocado is unleavened, so I added sourness and lemon juice for taste. I remembered the cod liver salad with eggs and onions, where we added lemon juice for taste, so I used lemon here too - very tasty!

Thanks for the interesting and simple recipe. On the occasion of the birthday, the salad was prepared without any changes; mayonnaise was used for dressing.

At first, the cutting of the cod liver was a little embarrassing (it's more customary to knead it with a fork). But everything worked out.

The taste is very delicate, light (the fat content of the cod liver and mayonnaise is not felt at all). The flavor of the salad may vary with the ripeness of the avocado and the dressing used.
